My hope for my clients is that they find this space a place of warmth, kindness, & feel heard. For the past decade I have worked closely with clients going through or supporting someone with a cancer diagnosis. Which brings many facets to the space, therapy is not a one size fits all and I want to always leave room for what feels most authentic to you. I work with clients facing/surviving cancer, caregivers, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and end-of-life. My approach varies depending on who you are as an individual and what works best for you. I believe that everyone has exactly what they need already within them. Many times, through life events, stressors, health crisis, upbringing we lose sight of us. I believe in meeting you where you are at and leaning heavily into your strengths. Let's meet virtually in the comfort of your own space.
